2026 Minimum Wage Increase
The Federal Government and CONASAMI announced today the increase to the minimum wage effective January 1, 2026:
• General and Professional Minimum Wage: increases by 13%, rising to MXN $315.04 per day for the first one.
• Northern Border Free Zone: increases by 5%, rising to MXN $440.87 per day.
Companies must update their payroll and salary structures before the beginning of 2026.
