Professional Experience: Since 1980, he has worked as a litigator and specialist advisor in labor law, later becoming a founding partner of DIEZ DE BONILLA, KURI Y ASOCIADOS, S.C. from 1985 to the present. He has extensive experience in preventive strategies for both individual and collective matters, handling large-scale negotiations. He has represented numerous cases and is highly regarded in the legal community.

He has extensive experience advising companies, whether newly established or those requiring a competitive and productive corporate structure for hiring their workers. He has specialized in advising companies in various sectors in all areas of labor law. Additionally, he has advised and represented companies in high-risk individual lawsuits and in their negotiations with unions across the country for the creation and/or revision of collective bargaining agreements.
